Salsa Verde Food Truck

Our purpose is to offer local, healthy and healthy food. We want to offer an alternative to sandwich / sandwiches with our philosophy so you can create your own combination.

We believe in freedom and quality ingredients, local and seasonal, with the utmost respect for the product and its handling.

For private events we offer FINGER FOOD AND THE SHOWCOOKING, and they will be the kings of the party, Salsa Verde is still betting on the local product fresh, seasonal and impeccable service.

Film Catering

We provide full catering services for photo and film productions throughout Spain. No matter how remote the location or how difficult the working conditions may be, we will offer you a wide range of fresh, organic and local products from breakfast to midnight. We have worked with small (up to 10 people) to large production teams (100 plus) and as in all our services, we can cater for all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes, allergies and so forth.
We can also help you in finding the best location for your project and advise you on other logistical questions concerning your production.

 

Catering events

Are you organising an international seminar or conference? Or are you planning a private party or wedding? Our team will create a unique event for you based on careful organisation, delicious cuisine and beautiful design. Our event services can be customised to fully suit your needs. From tapas to showcooking, bartender services or special dietary needs, we will make sure that all your wishes will be considered. Get in touch with us for a personalised offer.

Supper Club

Do you want to see a Chef behind the scenes, get to know new people and enjoy a dinner in an exclusive and cosy atmosphere in the city of Valencia? Then visit our supper club which caters for up to 12 people upon reservation only. A fixed 7-course menu is served, mostly Vegetarian, sometimes Pescatarian and with the possibility to adapt to other dietary needs (gluten-free etc). We change our menu four times a year to always provide locally grown and seasonal food.

Usually, we open on the weekends, but for groups of a minimum of six people we can also offer other timeslots during the week or at lunchtime for families (we are kids-friendly!). Contact us, if you would like to try this new culinary experience!

Private Chef

Are you up for a different kind of holiday this year or are you organising a private party? Use our private chef services for all your culinary needs in your home, holiday house or yacht – somewhere in Spain or even worldwide. We can provide you with a wide range of services, from simple family dinners to showcooking or a 7-course tasting menu.

Our chef Oliver Sharpe and his team will prepare delicious, fresh and organic food mainly based on local Mediterranean products with influences from Latin America or Asia and some culinary surprises on the way! But of course, we also adapt to your needs and preferences in this respect. Just be prepared for lots of smiles and good vibes because Oliver cooks from the heart and to him healthy food is part of his overall life philosophy!

Cooking Classes

Salsa Verde offers a wide range of cooking classes to choose from including Spanish, Italian, Asian or Latinamerican food so that you and your friends can turn into the next generation of Master Chefs! The classes last for three hours and are based on a three-course meal including beverages.

Our lessons are designed to be informative and hands on, but also easy-going so you can enjoy yourself while learning. You can either reserve as a group (of up to 12 people in our premises in Valencia) or we mix people in open classes. We also offer cooking classes as team building activities for bigger groups in other premises throughout Spain.

Team Building

If you would like to choose something different for your next team building activity, why not organise a master chef competition/cooking class with Salsa Verde? The group will be split up into different smaller teams of maximun 12/15 people per team. Experienced chefs will provide them with hands-on information on the recipes before they will be able to try to cook for themselves. We have a wide range of menus to offer including Spanish, Italian, Meditarranean, Asian and Latinamerican food.

This activity can either be organised in our premises in Valencia (for small groups up to 12 people), at the company’s headquarter or any other appropriate location in Spain.

We will document the process with photos and videos which we will share with our clients as a memory of this unforgettable fun and culinary experience.
