Who we are 

Salsa Verde stands for fresh, organic and healthy food. We work with our network of local providers and our philosophy is to be in harmony with nature and our surroundings. Knowing that “the way through a man’s heart goes through his stomach”, we provide you with a catering services for “all the senses” which will  undoubtedly make your event a successful and unique experience.

We can provide our clients with a whole range of culinary services from catering for film productions or events to private chef services or team buildings. We also offer assistance for the organisation and logistics of your events. 

Our company started 8 years ago in Sitges (Spain) and in 2014 we moved to Valencia. Today, we work throughout Spain and sometimes even worldwide (private chef services). Our team is multi-lingual and we provide services in Spanish, English, German, French and Catalan.

Chef and CEO Oliver Sharpe

Oliver Sharpe is the head chef and founder of Salsa Verde. He studied at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo Sant Ignasi Sarriá in Barcelona and obtained the title of “Culinary Chef”. After that he worked at the Hilton and the Florida Hotel in Barcelona and in a variety of restaurants, among others with the renowned Michelin star chefs Jean Luis Neichel and Jean Luc Figueras.


Environmental-friendly Company

We try to avoid plastic as much as possible and only environmental friendly products are used for our catering events (either real cutlery and tableware or made out of recyble or recycled materials such as paper and wood). In addition, our overall policy is to work with local suppliers at km 0.
